I offer regular group fitness circuit classes in Barley and Chrishall and 1-2-1 personal training in the local villages.


The programmes set are fun and always include a mix of resistance, flexibility and low/high intensity cardiovascular training, and offer progressions and adaptions to work for all fitness levels. 


Regular physical activity at any age, will help to improve balance, strength, gait, muscular power, blood pressure, endurance and bone density and consequently helps with weight management. All of which have been proven a lower risk of developing many long-term (chronic) conditions. There are also the improvements to cognitive functioning and stress management attributed to exercise.
